Very unsatisfied. Not sure what is going on with Invicta, never had a problem before with ordering. This time. It took forever to receive my order, paid for the extra on the shipping to receive by Father's Day fir a gift. Did not receive it. It took 10 days for it to be shipped. No one has contacted me about the issue. Received emails but not really saying anything. I have given all the info that was asked from me. I feel I should be reimbursed for the shipping and plus some money for the product. It was suppose to come with an 8 slot dive case, it came with a 3 slot dive case. Just very unhappy at this point. My order was placed on June 12th, it is now July 14th. Shame it has taken this long for a response from you. How long is gonna take this time for response?

I normally have a great experience when I order from invicta but this time my order wasn't received on or before the said dates it was to be received. Plus I paid for two day shipping so it could be here for father's day and it wasn't. So, I was kind of disappointed but when I contacted customer service they took great care of me and had it shipped without any hesitation. Thank you

If you really care about improving when a person is trying to contact you answer the phone don't ship the us off to computer. Also shipping time might be better if you give us some way to track the packages secondary shipping time should be a lot less than it is
