The shipment still says pending for dispatch

I bought a watch 30 days ago. They didn't hesitate to charge my card, but I have yet to receive anything! Nothing! I get these bs emails saying "our processing center is behind and out of our control". That's $#*!ed. They ran out of stock, never did anything to update their website, and now they're trying to get away with taking money from "customers" "aka donaters " to hold on to everyone's money without being responsible for negligence. This company is crap. They turned a special surprise into a cat and mouse game. Save your money, go on mercari or poshmark and buy a magnificent used watch that YOU KNOW WILL BE SENT TO YOU IN A TIMELY FASHION WITHOUT CHARGING 13 DOLLARS FOR SHIPPING. I cannot express how angry I am with this company, they're management, and their ignorance.

I ordered a watch mid December its in stock credit card bill has been paid and there saying end of Jan or 1st week of Feb. At the latest ( got that info after no return emails and then called on hold for 48 minutes)

I ordered a watch two weeks ago and have not heard anything. Their website says will be shipped in four to five business days. I keep checking the website for my order and it keeps showing "processing". I will just have to order from Amazon now. I ordered an invicta watch for same price and had it four days later.

I wouldn't ever buy from this company again. Promised delivery before Christmas and still not here. I purchase three watches on 12/7/2021 and not one of them have showed up. It is now the 28th of December. They said it would ship in five day and now has been Three weeks. They have no problem taking your money, but getting you you're order is a whole different story.

SI purchase two watches December 9,2021, the next day I called and was told that I would get my products by December 23,2021. Yesterday, December 22,2021, I was sent a generic email with a $20 off my next purchase to insult my intelligence, saying they are sorry my package will be delayed. Customer service need to be revamped. I called and waited on the phone for over 35 minutes and no one answered the phone. All I heard was a replayed generic message. I had the option to shop elsewhere and I decided to try shopping with you guys. I must say, I'm very disappointed with you guys. Now, it is December 23,2021 and no gifts to give my kids for Christmas.

Invicta timepieces are fantastic. However their shipping and customer service are horrible. Those that create and assemble the timepieces deserve better. I would not recommend unless you have at least 3-4 weeks (maybe longer) before you actually need the product.

Worst customer service ever kept me thinking that I was getting my watch for almost a. Month which was a present for someone then cancels my order at last minute now I have to scamble around because I have no gift

I ordered 2 watches to be shipped to Germany 3 weeks ago. One watch was send from Florida do New Jersey and is now waiting at FEDEX to be shipped with the second watch in one parcel. The second watch arrived at Invicta Florida 10 days ago, but it has not been sent yet. I sent several emails to Invicta service, but I did not get any answer.
This is not acceptable.

UPDATE: After 3 full weeks, they realised that the watch was out of stock. Now they refunded the money for the watch. But NOT the 15€ import tax I allready paid. THANX FOR NOTHING!

Went to order 2 watches, clicked international shipping and entered my address... Product was shipped to me, however once it got close it was sent back to the sender by thier request... The reason is as I was told was that I have bought the watches which were on sale and as a Canadian I was not entilled to it (over $250 CAD with shipping on 2 watches worth only about $200 less tax)... The money is now three days later and I haven't seen the money yet... and all my phone calls all end up with them stating that the refund is on its way... I just wish my watches would have shown up, but there is other companies that would like my money and will be honest with me

I currently own 9 of their watches. However, not sure I will ever buy another. I placed and order for two watches over a week ago. They have yet to send them. When you call customers service for help you wait on hold for 30+ minutes. Then they can even give you a tracking number for your order. Hands down the worst online retailer I've ever done business with.

This has got to be the worst store online. You wait for ever on phone line than get hung on. You ask for information on delivery day you get nothing its like someone just took your money and don't remember you.if anyone reads this do yourself a favor if you really want a inviicta watch buy on ebay because if you buy online from invicta stores you will wait for ever better yet dont buy there watches theres alot of good watches for the same price

This is 3rd invicta watch, I have had to return, because it came broken, poor quality control, and returns are a night mare, you have to pay shipping, for the broken watch, terrible company!

Never will i order anything from invicta. My his and hers watchers never arrived., waste of a hundred bucks. Fedex and invicta are not reliable.
