I bid in an Old Barn Auction and bid through Invaluable. Although I was the highest bidder, my bid was not sent to Old Barn and I did not win the lot. I do not trust the service Invaluable provides and rate their credibility as zero. Bidder beware as your bids through Invaluable may be high, and you will be identified as winning the lot, it may not recorded and you will not win the lot. Extremely disappointing! Old Barn Auction did not rectify the situation so I an disappointed with them as well
Bought piece of art that after checking with artist is FAKE. Customer service doesn't do anything and don't reply as it is not their problem… would never buy there!
I bought a diamond ring with a certification, that it was real diamond and 18k gold.
Apprazel was fake and ring not worth 50 $, l payed 1250 us.
I am very disappointed, and will never use lnvaluble auctions again.
I was under the impression the were one of the top auction houses.

I feel very foolish and embarrassed to admit, I was - WRONG! - about "Invaluable". It was my mistake that prevented me from accessing their website. Mea culpa!
I bid on an item about 2 weeks ago. I stayed in the Invaluable site to ensure I would be the highest bidder. I then received an email stating the item had been "Passed", even though I put in the highest bid that was showing on the website. When I contacted them by email, I was told to contact the auction house, directly. I looked up the name of the auction house and checked their address. I them went to Google maps and it appeared this "auction house" was being run out of a small stationary store in Florida, with absolutely no mention if it being an auction house, on the outdoor sign. It also had very poor Google reviews which included paying for items which the customers never received, or items arrived damaged. I gave up after that, since this supposed "auction house" did not appear to be a legitimate business. About 2 weeks later, I saw another item on Invaluable, but this time it was in Germany. Since I live in Canada, I did not want to send money to a foreign country, unless I was sure it was a legitimate art auction house. I've contacted them several times, in English and in German, but their responses didn't seem to have anything to do with the piece of art I was asking about. Two days ago, I sent them an email stating that I had family in Germany who were going to come to their auction house to check out the item in question, assess its authenticity and then I would send them the money for it. Today, I went to their website and could not find this item, at all even though I was assured just 48 hours ago that they still had it. I went back to the Invaluable website and logged in to see if I could find it again, but I was repeatedly blocked from logging in! Did the auction house in Germany contact them and tell them I was questioning the authenticity of the piece of art I was interested in buying?! I have no idea! I just know, I can no longer access their website! Strange happenings with Invaluable! Very happy I found this website! Will definitely - not- be buying anything from them!
Unreliable and poorly run website! This website is trying to compete with LiveAuctioneers but falls far short in comparison. Obviously, their designers are not as knowledgeable since the website is unreliable at the most crucial time. I was advised not to use them but I had to learn the hard way. Stay away!
Auto renewal is in very fine print. They will put your credit card on auto renewal! I tried calling customer service and they were not helpful at all. BEWARE!
I bid $30.00 on lot 910 freedom auction co. Sarasota, Florida, yesterday several hours before lot came up, on invaluable, and lot sold for $30.00, but I did not win! All invaluable shows I bid was $20.00, but that was opening bid amount, but my total bid was $30.00, and invaluable did not show that my total bid when I made it was $30.00, and did not auto bid for me, like they have always done before. I was watching action, and it went to $30.00, and sold for $30.00, but not to me. I am through with invaluable, as much money as I have spent on thier auctions, and they screw you like this on a $30.00 bid, they will screw you for more if you do business with them, sorry way to do business, I will stick to ebay, for sure now. Getting items shipped on these invaluable auctions is 2 to 3 times more than ebay shipping anyway, and they will double screw you on shipping on majority of these auctions, anyway. Best just to go to ebay, they are upfront about there shipping, and auto bidding for you! Invaluable can suck a big on, sorry ba#&%#&'s
Their platform is often delayed and you think you have won, only to find out that you have not. Try to use an auction that does not go through them. If you want to find out what an item sold for in the past, they charge you and continually make money in the future from your sale but refuse to give you any info even though they may have made thousands from you. I am tell my auctioneers that I do not want my sale price to be given to them in future
First off I've been buying for around 4yrs always had a great experience with Auction houses. I'm not down playing the other customers bad dealings but you have to do your homework on items in advance and always ask for more information on high end purchases. Buyer beware and if items says attributed to then move on! Happy hunting everyone
I've been selling estates for 20 years. I have contacted Invaluable 5x over their email form. Leah has never replied to my request for info. Today I called their very difficult to locate phone number and was transferred to AuctionZip. I called back and a woman told me to fill out the form online and someone would contact me. When I told her I'd done it 5X she said she didn't know anything about it and hung up on me. So I called back and again, after pushing the numbers for invaluable sales was once again sent to George at Auctionzip. What a completely disorganized cluster f--- of a company. They don't want business from smaller auction houses, those that are growing with very strong reputations. If you aren't at a million in sales George said they won't talk to you. SO PUBLISH THE TRUTH AND QUIT wasting people's time with your BS advertising.
If I purchase something on invaluable which was shipped to the wrong address. When I try to contact the company I was blocked by the company they block my phone number which is immature and ridiculous. When I contacted invaluable they said they couldn't help. The name of the company is Saco auctions however they are using the name Designer Homes Florida it's a company that doesn't exist. Shady? They don't care as long as they get there cut of the profits.
Invaluable is one of the easiest and safest platforms I've discovered for online auctions. As I read the negative reviews, seems those customers are denying their personal responsibility to verify an auction house and / or the items being purchased. That is NOT the responsibility of Invaluable!
I appreciate the simplicity of the visual layout and ease of navigation on the Invaluable site as an auction is in progress. Very user friendly, in fact, if an auction is not carried on Invaluable, I reconsider if I wish to bid at all. Their customer support has been very good to excellent when I've needed it.
Definitely my online auction platform of choice!
I've used the site many times in the past but it's getting increasingly bad- clearly they changed the algorithm for searches and now it's nearly worthless. I use it to look for rare books, but never bid using the site- better to go directly to the auction house if you can. I imagine it will only get worse as they try to make more and more profits. I was recently granted some kind of elite status that allows you to search for auction results- a total joke.
I HAVE DEALT WITH THIS AUCTION SERVICE FOR OVER FIVE YEARS, AND FIND THEM TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL. ANY PROBLEMS THAT HAVE ARISEN WERE DEALT WITH IN A TIMELY MANNER. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AS AN AUCTION SERVICE FOR COINS, PRECIOUS METALS, CURRENCY, AND COLLECTING SUPPLIES.
I saved and saved to buy a Jim Morrison album signed by him and I paid $800 to Eye Candy Pop that is one of the AUCTION companies
Invaluable had in their auction. He took my debit card opened a Square Cash account took my money and I never got the album. Invaluable would not stand behind someone they had in THEIR auction.
I purchased a Rolex DateJust watch from AuctionBarn Estates, Dave Palley tried desperately to talk me into paying bank to bank.
I paid by PayPal and am I glad I did.
After I paid I had no contact from AuctionBarn Estates, email after email I sent with no reply, 29 days it took before I received my purchase, and when my purchase arrived it was not as described.
I emailed AuctionBarn Estates with my complaint and I had no response to any of my emails I sent.
I opened a case with PayPal Item not as Described, after PayPal's investigation I was refunded, and kept the watch, that will teach AuctionBarn Estates to try to rip customers off
Don't buy from AuctionBarn Estates there dishonest and if you do buy from AuctionBarn Estates pay by PayPal as you have Buyers Protection,
Very bed costumer service. I had few issues with my purchase, and is is impossible to contact costumer service and solve the problem. Lost my money and respect for this company. I would not recommend invaluables to anyone.
I was sold a fake item, and have shown invaluable proof that it was fake. I was also able to show Invaluable that the same auction house was selling additional copies of the same fake listing and Invaluable does nothing to prevent this auction house from ripping people off. Any responsible platform would have put a stop to this. They hide behind their terms of service that they can't be held responsible but when you knowing allow fraud to continue, your whole platform is suspect. There is absolutely no reason for anyone to ever believe that they're purchasing an authentic item through Invaluable.com and even if they can prove that they've been sold a coutnerfeit, Invaluable will do nothing to protect the consumer and just tell them to deal directly with the auction house. The same auction house that is happy to rip you off... yeah that's going to work. I was able to dispute the charges through my credit card which in the end was the only way to get my money back and I highly suggest anyone who finds they've been sold a counterfeit item to do the same.
Joined.
Made bids and then couldn't sign in using there app.
WTF
Unhappy with the service. Contacted the company via email.
Still waiting...
Not helpful at all.
DO NOT use Invaluable to bid. Last week I was approved to bid in a local auction and, using Invaluable, did just that. During yesterday's auction I bid on a great piece of art, but ended up losing because while Invaluable showed my bids, they weren't accepted. When I go to bid history, it just says "bid accepted, not submitted." Despite multiple attempts I have yet to receive any explanation from Invaluable support as to how or why this might be the case. So DON'T use Invaluable to bid on anything. You might be registered and approved for an auction, but Invaluable still won't accept your bid and, like me, you'll lose out on whatever it is you're bidding on.
Answer: Same thing happened to me. Don't wait, they'll give you mumbo-jumbo.
Answer: Because you take a cut but accept ZERO responsibility. When called on to help, you disappear. That's why.
Answer: After three different experiences buying through Invaluable, I can confirm and assure that all three pieces of art are fakes. They sell pieces under the name of the original artist and shield themselves in their terms and conditions, but the truth is that after more than five months writing to the support service, I haven't received any answer. The three auction houses are still repeatedly selling fakes and are doing nothing to stop it. Invaluable is protecting all these auction houses from fraudulent auctions. And this doesn't mean that all the auction houses that use Invaluable are fraudulent, but a VERY high percentage are. Just do a Google search to find hundreds of results on different pages and videos. It's a shame, this seriously damages the credibility of the industry. Shame! Stay away from Invaluable if you're looking to buy an original piece.
Answer: It more than likely means the item didn't make its reserve and was not sold.
