Hello, I purchased a fitness ring on May 3,2020. I received an email on May 10 saying the fitness ring had been shipped. It is now July 1 - almost 8 weeks- and I still have not received the product. I have contacted customer service twice and I only received an email saying the product was in transit. I expected shipping delays due to covid, but this is ridiculous. I asked for my money to be returned and never received a response.

To be honest, waiting close to two months was not a happy experience. Having said that, the box it came in was only protected by a plastic bag, and was bent in many places. Anyone mailing this from china would have double boxed it.
My total experience has been less than satisfactory, but, I know this will go in deaf ears, as has been the entire time I have tried to communicate. No phone number to a live person, email is all a canned response. 435 complaints to the BBB with all similar situations, and each person unhappy with the "instore credit" only, as if they want to wait another 2 months for something.
The service you use for tracking did not ever tell us the date of delivery until the very day it arrived. Really, all the other services I use, which is many, give you the date of delivery. Yours went from LA, to China, to Shanghia, to sea, to LA, to Nevada, and never a date of delivery. It was a complete joke.
How you stay in business by fooling the public is beyond me.

I placed an order early May and still haven't received it. I continuously get the message that it's in transit. I understand that shipping is backed up but this is unacceptable. I will NEVER order from this company again. Im not looking for an APOLOGY... I WANT A REFUND!
I have never received an item I have ordered. I have contacted customer services more than a dozen times. All replays from them a auto-messages. Regardless what you say in your message they only apologize for the delays and say that your package is on the way, but do not provide any days or delivery estimation. I tried t cancel mu order with them, but they refused to answer. I tried to escalate my case, but never was able to reach a human being or get any personal response. It is all automatic replays. I have disputed my purchase with my CC and field a complain against Inspired with BBB. Do not buy anything from them.
I ordered an item 2 months ago. Contacted them several times over the past 4 weeks with the same answer. Shipping is delayed Due to the pandemic. Considering I have done regular online purchases and only had 1 slight delay I say there are other issues here. They also refuse to refund money as they say the item is in transit. My tracking number says it hasn't been picked up yet. BUYERS BEWARE. Stay away unless you want to have them take your money and possibly never get your item
I ordered a product two months ago. I cannot get anything beyond an automated reply that says my item is in transit. Their version of Transit is a label has been generated. There has been no movement on an actual product. The phone number is just an answering machine that says to email. I have been asking for my money back in at least the last five emails. I will never work with this company again.

Didn't realize it's a Chinese company. Tracking info useless. Package supposedly 10 mins out for the last 4 days (regular week days). It's been 25+ days since the order was placed. I would never buy anything from them again!
I placed an order on 5/19 and was given a shipping notice of 5/23. Well after I contacted PayPal because I did not receive my order in a month, they CHANGED the shipping date to 6/23. I have since contacted PayPal requesting a refund because this item is not shipping. This company is a scam, do not order anything.
I ordered a Pilates Ring from Inspire Uplift on May 6th. It has still NOT arrived. Many contacts to company and same excuse, blaming Coronavirus. However I have received many other packages from reputable companies using USPS, Fed Ex, and Amazon Prime on time. My package is definitely lost, stolen, and not arriving. Company is located 2 hours from my house. They are not stepping up with refund or sending another item overnight. Customers obviously DO NOT matter.

I did an order on 4/24/2020. I still haven't received it. I did receive a notification in May that it was delivered but it wasn't. They assured me it was just a mistake and a delay and that it was in route. The original location was China, then it went to Commerce, CA. It went from CA to Atlanta, GA in a day. But can't seem to make it from Atlanta, GA to TN in 3 weeks. I can't seem to get updates without sending a message. Then I get different tracking numbers, showing it was in Los Angeles, CA. I got a notification advising it was in Transit, but when I clicked on the "updated" tracking info it was from May 10, showing it was in Zhengzhou, China. I can't seem to get a straight answer. I don't even know if this is a legitimate company or not. I hope I get my order. But it will be the 1st and last one from me. How they have a 5 star rating is beyond me. I hope this keeps someone from making the same mistake I did!

I ordered the big elephant for my grand baby for easter. The elephant still has NOT arrived and tracking states it is still in china! Twice now I have inquired and both times tracking says its still in china! I will NEVER order from this company again!
This company has shown me terrible customer service. My order has been out for over a month and the only thing I hear from customer service is "It is in transit". I have asked to have a delivery date, a refund or another item shipped to me all with no satisfaction.
This was a gift and it did not get here in time. If this is not resolved I will never order from here again.

Do not buy from this company. I placed an order 7 weeks ago and STILL have not received it. I've sent numerous messages only to be assured that it was "in transit". I asked for a refund but only got the promised yet AGAIN that it was "in transit". Do yourself a favor and order from a different company if you actually want what you are buying.
This company does not respond to all emails and when they do they ask for more information that was already given in the initial email. I get the whole delay in shipping because of Covid but its been nearly 2 months and they keep saying "its on its way". Theres no phone support, chat does basic functions all else goes to the escalation team. Literally 23 emails later with no resolution. I emailed the president and he blocks all outside emails that should tell you enough about this companies values. The president doesnt even want to hear from his own customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
Answer: The company may have a Florida address, however products are often shipped from outside the US. This was the case with my order, so if you're looking for a reputable company that sells American made products, you should avoid this company.
