I ordered an APPLE corer, slicer, peeler. I received a POTATO slicer! I notified Inspireuplift and sent photos of the packaging and of the potato slicer and box. Still didn't get the issue resolved. But they did thank me for bringing it to their attention.
Inspire Uplift is a SPAM, daylight robbery. DONT BUY ANYTHING there! Rubbish service. I ordered an item more than 2 months ago and still nothing. The client service is extremely poor and gives you the same copy and paste answer
Beware, this company took three months to get the item I ordered, and only shipped after my credit card company stepped in. My order should have arrived by mid May 2020, and it arrived mid July 2020. No one to talk to, you email and they say that you may not see the tracking but they can and your item is in transit. The agents blamed so much on the shipping issues. At one point they blamed events in June 2020 for the delay, how did events in June delay a package that should have arrived in May 2020? Ironically the package was shipped after I filed a complaint with my credit card company and the company reached out to request Inspire Uplift refund my money. When they got caught for fraud, then they sent the package. I will never do business with this company ever again!
Inspire Uplift is a spam... i ordered a product 2 months and its still in transit. Customer service is awful and dont know what to do. I asked for money back and no answer. Worst site. NEVER EVER AGAIN
Zero accountability when it comes to inquiries about order arrivals. After sending an email, you receive pre worded response explaining their sympathy with a patronizing garbage. Zero response to a request for a refund. Never again. BEWARE!
I ordered mechandise whic arrived 2 1/2 months late and was not the item I ordered. What was in the package was unwearable and smelled awful.
Thier so-called "customer service" has dragged me through teh run-around and insisted thatI pay postage for the item to be returned or take one of their cheap pieces of merchandise in trade.
They are an unethical, loosley run company with only teh most shallow "customer service".

I ordered my item 71 days ago, turns out the item was being shipped from China, still in transit. All I get told is it is on its way.
I ordered a gift for my niece on May 7th. We are at July 9 th, and my niece has still not received her gift. Several attempts to get a refund have only resulted in a customer service rep to continually tell me it is " in transit". I have also requested to speak to a supervisor or get a supervisor involved, and this has not happened. I would definitely not recommend this company and I will not be ordering from this company again.
Product misrepresented and does not actually work as shown in their videos. Weeks of back and forth emails (which took 2 days to get responses to), with them offering too take it back, AT MY EXPENSE, and only for store credit. Not acceptable and their return policy does not state this. There are no other things I want from their store, therefore I don't want the credit. They are trying to tell me I have to pay to return it and I will only get partial credit - for a piece of junk? Not to worry, thank goodness for credit card companies' protection policies.
I ordered my product in April and it now July and no product, no refund! They just keep saying that because of COVID orders are running behind. When I track it, it shows it has not left China yet. Obviously, the package has been lost in transit, NOT just running late. I have requested a refund 4 times and just get the runaround. NEVER order from this company!

Beware, items aren't usually in stock they have to be ordered from China. Customer service could not even give an estimate of when my items would arrive (20 days). Prices are not good, Amazon would have been cheaper and faster. This site was advertising a big sale and I thought I would take a chance. Big mistake. I will not be ordering from InspireUplift again.
This is the biggest scam I've seen. They have no problem taking your money but you never receive your order. They have alot of excuses and send tracking that doesn't mean anything. They do not indicate on their website that the items come directly from china and you will NEVER receive it. They indicate that you will receive your order 7-10 days after a 3 day dispatch. HA HA HA They will not give a refund either. STAY AWAY!
DO NOT SHOP HERE! I would leave a 0 star if I could. It's been over 2 months since I ordered the item and it still hasn't been delivered. The team refuses to give a refund, they continually direct you to "the only means of communication" which is a general support email address. Their phone number is just a voicemail box. Their live chat only helps with presales.
They claim to be based in Miami but all employees on LinkedIn are in Pakistan.
Terrible delivery service and impossible to get a live person to ask anything. When call or live chat, just told to email and when email, get standard email they send to everyone with no current information. My item has been sitting in LA for 2 weeks. They blame everything on pandemic but I have received other items from other vendors during the last few months without any problems.
Haven't received my order after 2 months! And wanted to get my money back but they are not willing so.

I thought it was being shipped from Florida since the address on their website is a Florida address. I find out it's coming from China. Ordered two items on May 13th and one came at the end of June and the other item has still not arrived. I paid nearly $60 for two items. Do not buy from here.
Good quality product at a fair price. Device is upper level quality. I like it better than my last phone holder because It can be attached on the AC vent top gray faceplate, thereby lowering the phone's position, getting it off the dashboard, and getting a better line of windshield site for safer driving conditions.

Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
Answer: The company may have a Florida address, however products are often shipped from outside the US. This was the case with my order, so if you're looking for a reputable company that sells American made products, you should avoid this company.
