I purchased an Auto Pro Scratch Magic Eraser to address a scratch on my daughters car. The pen comes with two tips, instructions on the pen warn against the tips drying out, so of course, I did not insert the tip until it was time to use the pen. I received the item on July 2nd, and did not attempt to use the item until August 3rd, the first time I was in my daughters company due to COVID. We inserted the tip and shook as directed. The pen was empty, completely dried out, nothing shook within the pen. I pressed down on the tip to allow the paint to flow, thinking maybe there was some paint there, held the tip in for 5 min, 10 min, nothing. Dried out. I sent an email to customer service and was told there is nothing that they can do because it was outside their 14 days return window. I was sold an empty, dried out, paint pen. They basically stole $20 from me. I will never purchase from this company again - be warned, they DO NOT stand behind their products. 14 days? During COVID when we all have so many restrictions? What a disappointment.
Do not purchase from this company you will never get your product. I ordered from them in June and still have not received my purchase. They just took my money and never sent me the product and still won't give me a refund!
InspireUplift think that they are not responsible for shipping. Their responsibility is to sell. I don't agree with this approach. I placed the order on June 6th when situation with covid already has been for some time and other businesses truthfully mentioned that shipping can be delayed due the situation. Inspire Uplift doesn't do that. It states "Estimated delivery between 7-10 business days." even now. For us it is august 8th 2020 today, 2 months and 2 days after we ordered, and we haven't received anything. I believe that business didn't meet their promise and has to return our money.
These shelves did not stick to our bathroom tile... even with no products on them. I do not recommend. Nice idea, but they did not do the job.
After 3 months waiting, they sent my package to another address. I went to the post office as they asked and the post office gave me a print out of where it went-in another state. Every time I contact them for a refund, they keep just robostating that delivery was attempted and won't listen that it wasn't attempted at my address. I wish I could rate them as a zero.
Horrible customer service; it's been 5 days, 6 emails, 3 live chats and no one has replied or could help with my order. I had to track down the shipping carrier myself and found it based in China still pending. Had they informed me where it was coming from I never would have ordered it. I am a first and a last time customer even if I do get my order. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews like I was.

Glad to find these hard to find items. I wanted to see if they would work and they not. The glue would not hold in place and the whole thing kept sliding down. So, now I know. They might work fine for some else with smaller breasts.

Glad to find these hard to find items.
I have been waiting almost 4 months to receive my item they supposedly had in stock & I should have received 10-14 business days after I ordered it. The worst part is that there is no contact number to speak with somebody. Only email or live chat which in my experience has been a bunch of automated responses & lies. I've gotten an array of different excuses as to why I never received my item. From its on its way or its lost in transit or covid-19 has affected our shipping partners or sorry ill escalate this issue or fake tracking # or its at usps... then that list repeats itself! On its way, lost, covid, shipping partners. Over & over. Yet still no refund, product, or contact number. I don't know how this company can have so many positive reviews when they treat their customers as they have treated me.
Not good. Not satisfied with product because found it difficult to put on.

Placed order May 8th and as of July 26th still haven't received the solar lights. No matter how good the product is I will not use a vendor that takes over 3 1/2 months to deliver an order.
I had the coupon Welcome10, but there was no place to enter it to get a discount.
This is an uncomfortable, hard to put on, over-the-head bra, not a front or back closure.
The cute lacy front straps do nothing

I placed and order for the seamless uplift bra on May 7,2020. My item still has not arrived and Inspire Uplift has their money and I have no product. I understand they offer free worldwide shipping. But my confirmation email states it takes roughly 1-3 working days to fulfill and order and delivery is between 7-10 business days. After multiple attempts to check the status of my orde and it remaining in California for a number of weeks, they are shipping me another bra... however... as of July 16 it is still somewhere in Atlanta. I would not recommend this company at all. They will not issue a refund because my order has already been sent to the shipping department. Good luck if you order from them. I find their customer service lacking severely
Order something for mothers day. It was supposed to come within a week. It is now July and I am still waiting and they refuse to give me a refund.

For the life of me I do NOT understand the Multi-Star Ratings for this company because my experience is NOT AT ALL good. Based on a Board from Pintrest, I decided to purchase a LED Flame Effect Light Bulb from Inspire Uplift. I placed my online order on May 5th, which was quickly charged to my Credit Card without any problem. Several days passed and I was then sent an "Order Tracking Number" with a note "This Product Is Ready To Ship'.
It's here when endless excuses, insincere apologies and failed promises to escalate the shipment of my order began. Days turned into weeks, which turned into a month and a half. No Shipment - No Delivery - No Refund. Fed Up with this lack of any so called Customer Service, I demanded a Full Refund. In an e-Mail, I was informed twice the refund was returned to my Credit Card but, alas, two weeks later, still no refund. I have filed complaints to the BBB and FTC. The BBB essentially gave up with no resolution. I make a point to tell anyone everyday My experience with Inspire Uplift does nothing to Inspire nor Uplift my opinion of this company.

Purchased and paid for an item in early April - customer service has responded for the past 3 months that the product shipped. However the ship tracker is in Chinese and can not be read, Customer service no not responsive. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
I don't believe for a minute that this company has a legitimate 4 1/2 stars. They have hundreds of complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Please! Do not use this company. Terrible, cheap products, a horrible return policy and even worse customer service.

Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
Answer: The company may have a Florida address, however products are often shipped from outside the US. This was the case with my order, so if you're looking for a reputable company that sells American made products, you should avoid this company.
