Had a few problems with signing into my account however customer service sorted it out for me.
I ordered two "messy buns". One was a good color match but the other one I ordered for daughter was nowhere near what the photo showed. I also have ordered these hair pieces from other companies and they had extension on them that helped tie the buns on to my hair etc. Your products do not have that at all and I find that it falls off my head all the time unless I use many hair pins which I don't like to do as they show up too much on my hair. I would like to at least return one hair piece that is so not the right color.
First time buyer and shopper. I will be willing to add more comments once I receive the product and see if it is a quality buy. Thank you

I kept picking if you ever see me joggling please kill what ever is chasing me and when i choose the color gray it kept showing another even though below it it had the right saying. So i hope i am getting the right shirt

Is this the "Music Flower" Fine Sketch Tattoo Eyebrow Pencil? I received it in Dark Grey as your customer service department advised, but it is way too dark. It looks too garish and unnatural on my eyebrows. I wrote to you to see if I could return it for a lighter color, but have still not received a response. I need to return this bra. It is not at all satisfactory. The "padding " on one side sticks out and almost appears as if it were a piece of cardboard! Not at all flattering. This simply does not work on my body. I am waiting for instructions about how to return it. I was really hoping this would be the bra for me but just is not.
Would like a final recap of my order as I enter order information. In other words, it said "1 item" but did not show particulars.

According to the tracking info, it has been 11 days since the order "departed the shipping partner", and, it has still NOT reached the USPS. So, I asked where the trading partner was located so that I would know where the item was coming from. Emma, the Inspire Uplift customer service representative, responded by saying "the USPS is in the United States". Either Inspire Uplift has a totally ignorant employee, or, the company is deceptive. Regardless which is true, I do NOT recommend doing business with this company.
Terrible. I ordered an Ergonomic Hip Cushion Posture Corrector cushion on 11 June 2020 and it arrived 11 August, 2 months later in the US shipped from China! Don't order from Inspire Uplift if you're in a hurry to get it! Customer Service assured me it was coming, even though there was no sign of it on tracking from 30 Jun until about a day before it arrived. They refused to refund me since it was "on its way." I was glad I finally got the cushion... until I used it. I find it incredibly uncomfortable. I'm average height and slightly overweight, but it's literally numbing where I sit. I don't fit in it like the petite people in the pictures. I do not recommend this product or this company.
Company is horrible with giving refund and poor customer service! I waited two months only to find out my product was lost in transit.
After noticing in the tracking my product hadn't moved in weeks. I reached out to customer service. They told me product was on its way and they had no way of tracking it. Refunds were not available for products that were already shipped out. I checked in numerous times with customer service only to be given same response. Finally after almost two months demanding a refund they said product was lost in transit.
I asked again for a refund of my money and got back same generic response store refund or they will ship product again to me. Now my credit card company is involved. I don't need scripted text messages from customer service. Please take ownership and give me a actual refund. Beware of this company!
Odered some bras, package arrived but contained Star Wars Masks. Have tried to get them to refund me. They just say your packaged was delivered, end of story. Hopeless. Do not buy from them

After reading the reviews I placed the order. It was quick and easy.
Ordered 2 strands of fairy lights for $60 in early May. Received nothing waited a month they asked I wait longer. Waited until July asked for a refund. They said they don't do that but would send me a replacement "free of charge". Finally received 1 strand August 10th. I asked the fulfill the rest. They said they could not because they need package info which there was none.
So out $ 33 and the product was not worth 10.
Horrible experience! Horrible product, policy, transaction. Terrible! Definitely avoid.
Shopping good. Just Received product now. Four months after order date & speaking on Chat with representatives 5 different times

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the Up lift bra.
I do not like it.
Firstly, I'll need to make adjustments to the straps because they are too long & the uplift doesn't work.
Secondly, if I knew that there was not a back or front opening, I would not have purchased it.
Thirdly, the lace wrap overs are very flimsy & I can't see how they would support any sort of breast.
I am 54kg, 68cm tall & my usual bra size is 34b. Fairly standard I think.
Sorry, not a good product for me.

Had to order pet vacuum twice and pay twice... still never received!
Finally received 1st order and tried to cancel 2nd order but was told it was already shipped so could not be stopped. I tried to cancel the 2nd order in less than 15 mins after ordering... NOONE SHIPS THAT QUICK... PLUS IT'S BEEN NEARLY A MINTH AND STILL NOT RECEIVED! I WILL REFUSE it when received and if I do not get a refund I will take your company to court!

Answer: InspireUplift.com Scam and Fraud against many customers. Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
Answer: The company may have a Florida address, however products are often shipped from outside the US. This was the case with my order, so if you're looking for a reputable company that sells American made products, you should avoid this company.
