So far so good

I ordered one small item on May 5th and received a notice that they shipped in on May 12th. It is now June 19th and I have not received my item, nor did I receive a refund that i requested. You cannot call this company. I have sent many emails regarding the item I never received/refund and all I have ever received in return are auto-replies. This is a SCAM! I believe all the good reviews you see here were all written by the company itself. Unless you have money to lose, stay far away from this company.

I ordered solar LED lights from this company on May 27. As of today, June 19, I still have not received them. Their customer service is terrible as you can not speak with anyone and they want you to email them. Then you get a generalized standard answer. I have asked, at least 5 times, when I will get my order. All I get is the same general answer with no specific response. The tracking has stated since May 27 that the shipping company has received the item and USPS is awaiting delivery. Yet Inspire just tells me I'll be receiving it soon. Still not here nor do I know when to expect. They do a good job, however, of charging your credit card as it was charged the day ordered. I have tried to cancel the order but get no response. What a terrible experience this has been. I can be patient but just tell me when I'll get the package.

This was my first experience ordering from Inspire Uplift. I have to say I am very impressed by both the product AND the customer service. Updating me on my order was a great experience and I had no problem. I'm sure I'll find another occasion of which I'll use Inspire Uplift.

Easy to order, awesome process from start to finish I was a little worried because of my previous online buying from a site I never heard of. Glad you guys were a real company my best friend daughter love the sleeper she sleeps better now at night knowing her daughter cant roll over

So far it was ok but this was my first time ordering.

So far no help after sending three emails that product does not work.

Please, this warning will save you many headaches. I ordered a product 30 days ago, it took a week to get a " tracking" number but there was no tracking info 21 days later. The 24 hour chat advised me, " its ok! It will be there soon!" I said that isnt an appropriate answer and may I please get a refund. The chat rep wasn't authorized to give me a refund but a supervisor would contact me- NO ONE CONTACTED ME. They did not respond to my emails. I filed BBB complaint and they responded to that with general promises and cookie cutter response. NO REFUND The emails were directed to me "asking how my family was during Covid 19 QUARANTINE." 7 emails later they will not acknowledge my request for refund. FINALLY they responded and said, " sorry too late for a refund!" They probably get the items from VARIOUS 3RD parties in China and have no idea about tracking. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME

Purchased item APRIL 23. Today is JUNE 16. Still no item. Have written and written and after a time I get response that item has shipped and its on the way. They refuse to give me refund. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. They have no intention of making good on their claims. Already complained to BBB and Florida state attny general's office. Wrote to CEO and director of Customer Relations. NOTHING. Then they have gall to send me requests to rate my item and rate customer service. SAVE YOUR MONEY.

6 weeks ago I placed an order with them. 3 days later I received a text "Your order is processed! And is on it's way, here is your tracking number." Yay! Moving along wonderfully! Fast forward 4 weeks, no product, no additional tracking information available. I kept checking the tracking, NOTHING. Tried their customer service - it doesn't really exist. No one to TALK with, just email or IM. And when I did "speak" with someone over IM, they couldn't do anything, they had to put in a ticket. Now, 6 weeks later, still no item, they wouldn't refund my money, and I filed a fraud claim for lack of deliverance of product. I got my money back from VISA. It was the only way to get resolution. STAY AWAY - this is not a reputable company.

I placed my order on May 5th, it still hasn't shipped. When I contact them I get the same reply giving me a tracking number but when checking it the result is always the same:

I don't believe that they being truthful and am starting to think I'm never getting my order.
Contacted the live chat wasted 40 minutes to be told the same thing but this time they claimed another shipping company had the package. The tracking info is exactly the same. Waiting in Inglewood California to be picked up.
Do not do business with this company.
