When my husband died unexpectedly and I never had the chance to say goodbye. His vehicle ended up being stolen and I never was able to recover it. Years later I was curious about the whereabouts of the vehicle, whether or not it was resold or maybe wrecked because the vehicle had special license plates that was my husbands nickname and I found it still driving in California and the new owners information. I was able to offer to buy the vehicle back. Thank you.

I paid for a complete report to find the owner of a vehicle so they can get it back. But after paying for the "complete report now I'm told their is a requirement to spend more money to get the "premium" report. Now a "complete report should be complete correct? If that is held true than what the hell is a "premium" report. So either I was lied to about the complete report being complete or information that should be in the complete report was with held in order to get people to pay more for the "premium" report.
