I paid for a complete report to find the owner of a vehicle so they can get it back. But after paying for the "complete report now I'm told their is a requirement to spend more money to get the "premium" report. Now a "complete report should be complete correct? If that is held true than what the hell is a "premium" report. So either I was lied to about the complete report being complete or information that should be in the complete report was with held in order to get people to pay more for the "premium" report.
