I understand you are in business to make money, so when you wanted $3.99 for me to see my report, I thought that's ok. So I paid up, then saw my report, what a joke, it was pretty much nothing. However, for an additional $18.00 I could view my premium report, which I'm sure will have much more information. You are not fair as far as I'm concerned. Please, you couldn't even put any info except for my possible address. Well I chose not to pay the additional money to view my premium report. This won't make a difference but I'm bummed I just wasted $3.99 of our hard earned money, that makes a difference in our lives. It's not much, but to us it is. Have a great 2020, my God bless you and I pray you are a bit more honest in the future, find a way to do business so you are helping not just taking money.

The only reason I agreed to pay the minimal fee was because when I searched for the person it said there were 8 criminal records on file, 2 traffic incidents, etc. Now the report is saying absolutely the opposite. Just a scam, unfortunately.
Once i found the person I was looking for, there was an additional charge to see the records - I wasn't very satisfied

Your initial report showed the information that i was looking and i was directed to pay a flat fee for $3.99. This misrepresentation, because the actual report costs $18. This is fraudulent and bad practice. I demand a refund.

Scam is what you do! You charged me for what you claimed is full access to reports then your reports contain no information at all, saying nothing on file, yet if I pay additional 20 bucks you'll produce more. All while FREE search apps produce four times what your paid report does!
