YOU HOOK UP AS writing "your report is ready, please pay to see the report" and after payment to see the report you say THERE IS NO RECORD for that person. Your job is FAKE... and unfair..

You do not provide detailed information unless you pay an additional $18. So you get the 4.95 up front and then when we get to the actual information, you require more money.
