It seems there may be additional unexpected charges for some information.

I haven't received my report yet to be able to do a review

So far I am pleased with amount of payment for report.

Nothing to report, I haven't seen the end results.

The payment came before I could verify results. Wished it was first I see the first results then I pay thereafter.

So far, so good. Just need to find out who backed into my car on the parking lot. Left tonite, but witness got license plate number.

Just show me what I'm looking for. Don't keep making me go through these steps

Taking to long and now having to enter the search info again... What, you really didn't have it when you tricked me into entering my credit card info?

I ran a search before paying the fee and once I paid the fee I have to run the search all over again. It is a little ridiculous I have to start all the way over because I paid you people.

A little un clear. It is hard to find the mounthly rate. Also, I cant tell if it is unlimited only for the first 7 days or not.

Good, except for this is delaying my job and wasting my time

The spelling of the last name is continually showing people with different spellings, not my nephew's last name; also showing people from the wrong states where I know he has never lived. Perhaps the "Additional Info" could be parents' names, birthdate, state of birth, etc.
