Should not have to subscribe to something to purchase one thing.

I signed up as a new member, paid my first amount due, and it asked me to set a new password. I entered my password multiple times and it simply cleared what I typed and reloaded the screen with no error messages. I cannot create a new password to access what I just paid for. I am not using any browser plugins that block anything.
