Info presented in pre-purchase report was inaccurate and misleading. After purchasing, there were multiple attempts to upsell me on more detailed info which I assume would never have materialized if I had paid. Only positive bit of this experience was how quickly support was able to help and how willing they were to refund me. They asked that I give them a chance to get a dedicated specialist to put together the info I was looking for before refunding, and I initially agreed. After agreeing, they made it clear that the report would take ~72 hours to complete, so I declined and asked for the refund. I received it a few days later.

Site is not allowing me to create a password and I'm tired of fighting to spend my money in sites that aren't accommodating. In short, I'm pissed.
