I expected to be direted to a report, but instead have been directed to a new form asking for the same info I have already input. Seems like looping, and I do not appreciate it.
I already entered the name of whom I'm searching for, it said my report was ready and then wanted payment. After I enter payment info and it goes through it goes back to the beginning as if I never entered a name.
