I have paid for your service to get some very basic information from your website because Your advertisement shows great expectations. But I was truly disappointed and a little bit aggravated. I paid $3.95 for the initial 7 day trial which is fine. Then I was given the option to buy the premium report for $9.95. I paid for the report and it looped me back to the point where I had initially put in the information I was looking for. I did that and it asked me again did I want the premium report when the site never took me there in the first place. My card was charged $9.95 and the service was not provided. They are just collecting people's hard earned money. What a horrible experience.

I've used several background check sites and by far this is the most scattered shot one yet... I typed in the name, it gave me several. Picked the proper name then brought me to a background check for other people's criminal history. I had to once again clear the mudd to find the person's name again
