I needed to identify the owner of a car that had been parked in a client's residential neighborhood in DC for several weeks. The 2019 Chevrolet had not been moved and did not belong to any of her neighbors. The client was moving out of her home this week and needed the car to be moved to have movers load and unload the furniture.
