Did NOT give name of Owner of license Plate. Just info about the vehicle im general, the PAID to get "full report" that stated it would have title info which tells who owns it. But NO! It was just basic specks on the vehicle like the first one only more anyone can find FREE anywhere. Then wanted to Charge me AGAIN at a Higher price to Again Supposedly get the actual owner info on a plate. This is BOGUS THEIVES cancel your card if you used it amd Report to BBB Better Business Bureau!
