I was unable to access & retrieve the reports I ordered & the website was unusable/non-responsive. There seem to be technical issues with their with the website. The customer care representative was courteous, helpful & cooperative. She kindly refunded the amount charged to my credit card & also helped with processing my membership cancellation that I could not get to work on the website.
