My experience with Infotracer started out great. I received a very detailed VIN for my vehicle. When I entered a second VIN, the report I got was similar to what I could find myself on the web. If I wanted the same detailed report, I got the first time it would cost $9.95. So, you really don't get Unlimited VIN Lookups for 7 days like the one you get the first time.

The person I spoke with I hope I get his name correct was Tom. He made sure I was taken care of and his patience with me he gets a 10 for that alone. The call dropped and he actually called me back.
