Initially a disappointing experience. After calling two representatives I learned how to get information with the initial cost of $2.95. I paid additional $15 to get some information and still didn't find any. The second representative explained to me in details how to search for information without paying additional $15. I am happy that I will be refunded for the additional two payments of $15. Second female representative was excellent in helping me find information and following up with information which will be e-mailed to me. She spent ample time to find information I was looking for. Also she help me understand some information included in the report. I give her 5 stars.

I was expecting via my Google Search to be able to obtain the window sticker for my car I'm selling. If I got it, it's not recognizable.
