Was back searching an IP address. The free page said that they had names and addresses and phone numbers, so I decided to join. The full report contained none of that information at all. It was the same information that I saw before I made the purchase. They lied to get my money. I have cancelled my membership.

I ran the search on my end and I sincerely apologize, but we could not find any additional information on your request within our database. This may happen if the IP Address is under any of the following conditions:

1. The person is using a VPN (Virtual Private Network)
2. The person has a Dynamic IP address, meaning his/her ISP assigns his device a temporary IP address only. Once the device is turned off and turned back on, the IP address will change, making it challenging to find the owner.
3. Additionally, network address translation (NAT) can hide an entire IP address range from the outside world behind a single internet-accessible IP address. While it's likely coming from a personal home connection, the city may be correct for the ISP but not the actual end-user subscriber of that ISP.
4. Or it has been purposely removed/blocked by an individual or the state for privacy, confidentiality, and security reasons.

I used the service for only one specific lookup and cancelled the service 2 days before the trial period ended ($2.95), thus receiving a confirmation email the following day ensuring me that my service was cancelled and I will be billed no further. However, I received an email the very next day stating that my account was billed $24.95 for the monthly service. After several emails between infotracer and PayPal neither would agree to my refund even though I provided emails and proof that the account was cancelled prior to billing renewal. So, I am still out the $25... BUT to add insult to injury, InfoTracer refused to allow me to use the account for the month I was billed for because I had CANCELLED the account, stating that it was deactivated...even tho i was billed...what a wast of time...I would definately not recomend them for anything.
Save your money, Go somewhere else...or you can plan on spending a lot more than you intended.
