Prior to paying the site showed it had address, phone numbers etc. this was false and intentionally misleading. This is a deceptive site and basically a scam. I found more information doing a Google search than this provided.

The purpose of looking up a license plate is to see who is the owner of the vehicle... no need for vin info and 1st owner which is what I got when I paid for the extended info. The car is pretty old and possibly changed hands multiple times and totally unrelated to the current tag info.
