Thank you for your review and I’m sorry you did not find the information you were looking for. I also ran the search on my end and was also unsuccessful. This may happen if the IP Address is under any of the following conditions:

1. The person is using a VPN (Virtual Private Network)
2. The person has a Dynamic IP address, meaning his/her ISP assigns his device a temporary IP address only. Once the device is turned off and turned back on, the IP address will change, making it challenging to find the owner.
3. Additionally, network address translation (NAT) can hide an entire IP address range from the outside world behind a single internet-accessible IP address. While it's likely coming from a personal home connection, the city may be correct for the ISP but not the actual end-user subscriber of that ISP.
4. Or it has been purposely removed/blocked by an individual or the state for privacy, confidentiality, and security reasons.

I had a 7 day trial. I cancelled it last night and received a cancellation confirmation. This afternoon I received an email stating i was charged for the subscription. I had to call and was told that i would receive the credit and I received a confirmation email of that credit. I have a feeling that this may not be uncommon. As for the information I got, I fell for the pay $15 for "premium info" that we have, there was no premium info, it made me feel scammed. Also, the reports contained information from several other persons with the same name.
