Subscribed with this service and paid for the premium VIN info and didn't get the info I paid for. Anytime I clicked the vin info it try's to charge me over again. I'll make sure I don't forget to cancel your subscription before the 7 day trial period.

It would have been nice to know the premium reports were extra, before paying for a membership. Instead you hide the fact that their are two paywalls. You give a basic, mostly useless report, that can be obtained for free at other sites behind one paywall and then want to restrict the premium report behind a second paywall. A gross business model.

The InfoTracer staff I contacted or spoke to were very friendly and quickly offered to escalate my need for current owner information prior to purchasing a vehicle from out of state. Their response was within the 24-48 hour window, HOWEVER, their research staff WERE UNABLE TO FIND ANY OWNER INFORMATION BY VIN.?

The info is correct & super duper old. The basic search doesn't give more than I already know or can figure out very easily myself for free. The premium is way too expensive when half the info is incorrect or out dated. I will be canceling

I'm gonna be honest had a bad experience look up that I was gonna get the information then it said to pay three dollars I paid three dollars and it gave me a little bit of the information that it said it was going to give me not all of what it said it was gonna give me and then it said if I paid another 995 it would give me all the information that I was seeking and so I paid 995 and guess what I did the section where it said owners of vehicle it said they didn't have a record of owners lol really unfortunate so I would not recommend info tracer I can't
