After paying 2.95 plus 9.95 and not getting info was told by your rep I should have used a Commercial account. In addition, Since the information was not available, why didn't the report say that instead of saying to get the premium and pay additional. I did and still no information of a name available.

Additionally, the notifications regarding additional fees for the Premium Reports are optional add-ons only. Although premium reports will provide additional information, the availability of the data still depends on what was additionally gathered publicly. Nonetheless, you can simply exit out of the pop-up notification, and it will continue to run the search without any additional fees.

I can see that you have already reached out to customer service for the vehicle's owner's information, and we tried to look for more information but were unsuccessful. It could be that the license plate might be restricted access under the Driver’s Privacy Protection Act (DPPA) protection. Nothing new I didn't already know, but missing key info like court records, marriages, divorces, etc.
Dig a little deeper and provide information that might be useful or actually unknown.
Everything on my "Premium Report" (that I paid an extra $15 for) shows up in a google search.

Uselessly information

All I learned was that my person of interest had a phone number, email, etc, but the number or address was not given. There were no links on the report that would lead to further information. Basically, all I learned was that a person or persons with that name existed.

I was looking into a used car that showed 18,000 miles. When we ran a report from another company, the Vin came up as 38,000 miles. I decided to use this company as a second reference. I had to upgrade to the premium one time charge, which was reasonable at 9 dollars. Only information I got was when the car was brand new with 10 miles on it. Customer service was good refunded my money.

Monitoring wrong subscriber

First off I was flagged because my little nephew was playing on my phone and had a hay day with the app and they shut me down. I use this app because I have been hacked before and because of spam calls. Other than that this app has been great. They should not monitor people that pay a monthly fee to keep their info safe.I don't need a babysitter!
