I didn't receive results I was looking for - even for a person that I know had a criminal record. Also, it forces you to pay extra for a premium report on someone. So you pay a monthly fee, and then if you want to find more information you pay $19.95 for that one lookup, which didn't return anything.

Signed up to access the full report about an email address that yielded a large amount of information. After signing up and paying for subscription, couldn't access the report so did the search again as logged in member and apparently there's not a single piece of information and the search had zero results. Did this at least half a dozen times and the same thing. Back on the page where I wasn't signed in and had initially found the information, did another search and all the info is there but if I sign in, it's not there. To access the report on the page I could see there were results, I'd have to sign up but as soon as I did, the report is gone. Requested assistance multiple times and just got bull$#*! confirmation emails. Tried to live chat with customer support and the chat is immediately ended before anything is typed by either of us. The results I needed were time sensitive and the confirmation emails say they'll contact me sometime in the next 2 days. Paid for multiple subscriptions, no accessible reports even tho there's numerous results, membership removes those results somehow, no actual customer support and wasted hours of my time that couldn't be afforded and got absolutely nothing from this shambolic site and paid service apart from white-hot rage and multiple subscriptions to cancel before they charge me again for providing absolutely nothing other than a complete waste of time the false premise of important information. $#*!ing useless…
