Days you can see the title and owner info (if available), but it specifically won't show that until you upgrade to premium info, so it is available, but just not on the first report that you buy, thinking it will be there. Nothing but Vin specs otherwise

Wanted more detail on original purchase date - unfortunately no one seems to be able to help. Pretty standard practice it seems in the automotive industry - to not help a customer with simple requests like this. Once you have your vehicle - you're often screwed - when it comes to buying used especially.

After doing a search with the vehicle VIN and the site telling me it had information and results regarding the vehicle I downloaded the report to find that it contained nothing related to accidents, lien info etc. and this was not because there was nothing to report - it stated there is information but the vehicle (2020) is too new to have this information registered. I used this to see if I could find the owner's name of a vehicle with license plate and VIN information and got nowhere with the fee I paid, extra sums were requested and as I paid to get certain information and was led to believe I would get that, only to be asked for more, I wasn't about to throw good money after bad and find out I still didn't have an answer.
