Your system keeps telling me to wait when I try to delete my personal info, which you clearly state I have the right to do. The fact that the reply to wait 30 seconds continues to come up every time I hit the link, even after waiting longer, tells me this is not a legitimate opt-out process, so I am hesitant to continue using your service. The info I can actually see regarding title info is nothing useful for my scenario (death of family member who owned car, can't locate title), so I am grateful I am only wasting $3 for this service.
