Very misleading information. They oversell you on the front page to get you to pay the 2.95 and then when you realize you're getting the same info you had, they roll out the premium package.

The initial "teaser" of what was reported was exactly why I signed up. That was the very information that was not included, even with the additional fee of a premium report. I looked up my wife for verification, as I've known her since i was 9 years old; it said that she's been married to 4 different people. Either we need to have a talk, or this site is B.S. I signed up today after seeing that the free report has little to no information. I added the basic package. This package had no additional information. Instead to get "full report" you must sign up for the premium package, so I did. There was nothing new, but you should get the 2nd premium package. I saw that my account had be charge so my thought that the transaction did not go through was wrong.
I would like both charges refunded.

The site claims that a premium report contains information that it does not. This is misleading and is false advertising to get you to pay the extra $10 for the premium report.

We source data from records made freely and publicly available by the state and local offices, agencies, and departments. Data may contain errors and omissions due to legal state restrictions not in our control.
I can see here that you were running a search for a License Plate/VIN, and I sincerely apologize, but I could not find any additional information on your request within our database.
