First I paid $2.95 to look up a license plate. It didn't give me what I wanted, but said if I paid $9.95 for the premium, that report would have what I needed. I paid that and nothing happened. I mean I got notified that my card was charged, but the site did nothing. So I clicked it again and it asked me to pay again. So I'm out almost $13.00 and the only info I got was what type of vehicle the plate was on. Which I could tell from standing there and looking at it when I got the plate number.

Paid money, put in a current license plate and was shown previous license plates, previous owners, and even what kind of car it was in case I didn't see that when looking at the plate. It knows the car is owned by someone different now, but doesn't show who. Waste of money.

Tricky website. You pay a small fee to enroll, but then it says that there is more information for $9.95. You click a button and website snaps to a page that says the exact same thing. You click it again and the page again says the same thing. I caught on after being charged $9.95 twice and exited. Then looked at report and nothing had changed since initial report. So, yeah, you get the information, but this site is tricky.
