I paid to look up background checks and this system gives you a name but when wanting to view the report then you want to charge another fee. Why?! If that's the case just ask for the fee outright instead of having me pay once to give only a name and want to charge again to view the report.

Paying for information I can get for free is stupid and insulting. Everything this report gave me is what I can get from Kelley blue book online. For free. The advertisement for this service and then the hoops you have to jump through to sign up and obtain this information leads one to believe you'll get much more information. I am cancelling immediately and I expect a refund. This has been a complete waste of time and a completely misleading service.

Not helpful, no information. I tried 3 different vin and still nothing was showing. I tried one that was from an old 1985 and was not very hopeful for information, it gave me nothing. I tried my actual car, no infos, than I tried my boyfriend, who as a "VGA" mention as it was severely damage, but still on the road and it did not show up. Not worth. I cancel the same day, and hope not to be charge again

Got nothing of value and then was informed I would have been billed a monthly fee when I requested only 1 specific report
