My first account was hacked and I was removed as user of account. Every time I tried to login, I couldn't. I would try to pull Infotracer app and login; I would then be shut down. I had called and sent multiple email messages. I was also being charged every month yet still couldn't use my account. I paid 6 months of subscription cost and I asked for full refund and didn't get but 1 month of service refund. I still never got my account corrected.
