I'd ordered this product on 22nd Oct.
And I still haven't received this product (8th Nov).
The courier company they are using (First Flight) is the poorest of all in services. I got no notifications about where is my product, when its been shipped.
Also the courier number(F*******) which I came to know later from Infibeam website isn't correct.
Now They are neither telling me where my product is nor they are refunding my money.
Its better you go for some other website Flipkart, etc. even if they are costlier than this.
Friends, One more victim of infibeam.com here. I ordered Text Book "Distillation Design"( Order no. *******), It showing price Rs. 1977. There are books with same Title "Desitillation Design" price more than Rs. 4000. I conformed the availability of this( Rs. 1977) book before placing order from their Customer care. In the website mentioned delivery time is 3-4 weeks( Coz its international edition have to get from USA). At the end of the delivery day one of executive called me and saying the "SHIPPING CONTAINER IS MISSING". So they can't deliver. They are going deposited money in 3-5 business days. But they havn't deposited till 3 weeks.
After 3 weeks I called them, I asked about the product, they said Its Out of Stock. But I checked in their website same day its In-stock, and DELIVER IN 2-3 Business days. I know its impossible to get in 2-3 days, coz I conformed with publisher from India, its impossible to get International edition coz its printing and shipment from USA. Infibeam.com is cheating. They hold my book and selling for High price after getting book from USA. They are not deposited my money till now.
From my exp., Please dont buy International Edition from infibeam.com. Once you trapped hell of worse Customer Care exp.
Placed an order in the first week of Sep 2013. Sent me a DEAD ON ARRIVAL product. Struggling hard to get it replaced. Finally sent it back 15 days earlier. Still waiting to get my Replacement. No reply to mails and no proper reason stated for this undue delay. Even sent a mail to their CEO (?!) and he too keeping silence. What else can one expect from the CC Team, when the CEO himself is impotent to sort out the customer's issue! Better stay away from this CHEATER!
I have ordered an emergency light which came after 1 month and it got damaged. When i called them and returned on July 6th but till August 4th there was no reply when i emailed them they are saying time it will take little bit of time for resolving this as it need to go to different levels.

I had ordered a heart-shaped watch. I received it, but found the belt of the watch to be very thin and delicate. When i first contacted the customer care executive for a return on 3rd of April, he told me that return is available only for damaged/defective items. The customer care guy told me that he'll revert in two days time, but I got no response from him. On 8th of April, i called the customer care for the same reason. Now, a lady is telling me that I have to pay Rs. 150 to the courier boy who's going to take the product back. Isn't it absurd?
In Infibeam website, they haven't mentioned nowhere that they'll be charging the customer for a return. Now, the customer care lady says that this is how our return policy is. Its so ridiculous to be dissatisfied with the product as well as paying extra amount.

After order they deduct my money ( RS. 319+277), then they told me your order will shipped by 9 march 2013, after five days they cancelled my order and they dont refunded my money, they are telling that contact to bank for returning the money, i go to bank and bank manager told me that company wiil return your money we are not responsible. So infibeam is cheating me and they are fraud, by this activity of infibeam i am very puzzled and mentally disturb how can i believe such type of company, they are totally fraud and cheater, so i urge to u all buyer do not purchase any thing from infibeam, most of people in my hostel suffering this type of problem.

I purchased my phone from Infibeam on 22nd of March. I was promised delivery according to the website by 27th of March, but it was delivered to me late by 28th of March.
The product was damaged with scratches on the back panel.
It took N no. Of calls from my end and emails to get the product picked up. All these reviews about the issues just being tossed between the vendor and concerned departments is true. As a customer, you will just feel being dragged for paying them, that's all. They will juggle things, give you fake promises about how they'll get back with the information.
The product was return was finally authorized on 30th of March. And I was given a pickup schedule date for 2nd April. Even the pick up was a day late, without any AWB no.
I requested them to give me the store credit, but after days of haggling with them, they came back to me saying no as their vendor is not ready for the same.
I dont understand what a customer has to do with the phone being a dead stock with vendor. It was their responsibility to not to ship a defective product in the first place. Even after my mails and requests(million requests and phone calls for following up for the same), the re shipped the replacement.
It arrived today, and guess what?
Another Scratched phone!
Both phones did not have an HTC seal and was sealed with an Airtel seal which was duly informed to them in the earlier mail.

I dont know about how many people actually did file a consumer court complaint. But If I do not get a desired/satisfactory resolution to this. I am filing a court case with regards to this latest by Thursday.
Very Unsatisfactory shopping site, I ordered a MMX canvas HD(Black) about more then a week ago(29/03/13) (Order ID. *******) and they had not yet shipped it yet, customer service gives in every alternate date of shipment but fail to ship my product.
Yesterday(06/04/13) morning i called up their customer support and cancel my order but withing a couple of minutes later i received a call that they can ship me a MMX canvas HD(White) which is available with them at that very moment if i want. So i said OK.
But till date(07/04/13) i had no information about the shipment of my Mobile. Will never recommend this site. I am confuse what to do now.

According to their return policy, I called them to return a product within the 30-day return policy. That call was made in October 2012, and it is now February 2013, but they have not yet processed the pick-up as they promised. Every time I call or email, they promise to forward the request to the concerned department, but no one gets back to me within the promised time. According to their instructions, the product has been packed and ready for pick-up since October 2012, but Infibeam has not yet picked up the product as they promised.
Oh, and I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card holder, and Infibeam sent them a letter saying that I was holding the product back. Well, what can I say? Infibeam has a lot to learn from DailyObjects.com regarding customer service. And please, try to be original. The majority of their website is a copycat from Amazon.com, including the smile under 'Infibeam'. I am not sure if I am the only one, but I submitted a negative review on a product page back in January, which is yet to appear. I have a feeling Infibeam decided not to publish it. Maybe they publish only positive reviews.
Conclusion: I hope that I never have to shop on Infibeam again, but if they ever process the return, they only give out the refund as a store credit. So, I don't know what to do. It's like saying "Here is some money for you to shop where you don't like to shop." STAY AWAY FROM INFIBEAM, especially, if you do not live in a major city.

This website are cheaters. I ordered one item 'Sweets with Delight' contents are 100 kaju katri (Sweet) but when I recieved it was only 4 piece and they ate my 465 rupees.
When I contacted the customer service, they are claiming that it is not 100 piece but 100 Gm. When I said that I know that rate and from where I purcahsed. They said then they are ready to give 50 back.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING.

Answer: Plz don't go for Infibeam, it is the worst site and they would never deliver the products but block your money for 15 days for their circulation. This is not only my experience but many others. Buying agood product like Apple from Infibeam is not at all a wise decision. The reduction in price is just a gimmick to attract customers to block their money.
