Bought reading glasses of +1.25 power.
They sent me that of +2.5.
On contacting customer care they said that on opening of infinibeam webpage AND searching for a product doesnt gurantee that its the same product that you want, please confirm from customer care if the product is same what you want! Even refused for return/exchange/complaint upgrade?

Wonder how will one have confidence in purchasing from website where you dont know that the webpage which has opened is the same youve searched for.

I ordered three mobile phones from infibeam.com on October 5th, they didn't shipped the item even after 15 days. They never sent me a mail regarding the delay. I contacted them 4 times, customer service representative said 'Item will be shipped today' first three times. Then, after on 16th day I contacted them to cancel the Order and to get the refund. He told me that it will take 2 days for cancelling the order itself (quiet unbelievable).

Fortunately I used PayUmoney Wallet to payment. I contacted PayUmoney for the refund and they initiated the request and done it. Thankfully, after 15 days I received the cash in my account. Only because of PayUmoney. I understand that. Infibeam will take orders without having products and the user will not get maoney if didn't used any wallets to order the item.

NEVER GO FOR THIS ONLINE THIEF

They have the worst service their products are faulty and they dont give a damm wat the customer thinks after they have made the payment.

I happened to buy two books from dere website to prepare for my competitive exams. When i recieved the packet to my disguist i found that they have delivered me a piece of paper instead the books. Repetitive phone calls and Emails were of no use as they didnt pay any heed to it. The amount may be small but looks like I have to go to court for it..

I bought Mask 3026 sun glasses which turned out to be a poor quality one. My mistake is I assumed the site to be on par with other bigger names like Amazon, Lenskart etc. and over looked their time margin for come back with complaints bought from them. In Lenskart it was 2 weeks and with this site it is 72 hours. When I reached them for help they refused to help stating that the complaint should have launched with 72 hours. They even could not provide contact numbers of the vendor who sold the product on this site stating it as rule violation. I recommend not to use Infibeam.com as it doesn't care about customer experience at all and would not put any quality gates and rules for ensuring vendors sell only quality products from Infibeam. I am glad I only bought some thing that costs around Rs. 300 on trial basis.

I bought a lenovo handset which works for 2 days after which collapse instead of replacing the phone they took a month to get me the new one or refund. They are horrible company to look for the online purchase.

Bought a Nokia Lumia 520 from Infibeam at a price of Rs *******/-. They delivered it within 4 days in superb packaging. The phones windows os is excellent and the touch screen is one of the most responsive ones I have ever used. The camera too is quite decent and takes good selfies. Would definitely recommend purchasing it from Infibeam for excellent service.

Ordered Nikon Coolpix P530 from Infibeam for normal usage as it was available at lowest price there. The camera has built-in microphones and speakers with superb sound capturing power. It captures all slowest sounds also with the great ease. It's shutter speed is very fast and can capture various shots within fraction of seconds. A good camera for aspiring photographers.

I bought Wooden Knife Block Set - 7 Pcs for my home and believe its a must have product in every kitchen. The quality of blades are very good. And the best part is you can easily rinse them off which makes the life of blades more durable. Good product and excellent service from Infibeam.

I bought Padmini MAGIC Juicer Mixer Grinder from MAGIC BOX with much apprehension, but looking at my past good experience from Infibeam I thought of giving it worth a try. The product received had some manufacturing defect where in the top cover was touching with the blades. After following it up with Infibeam they asked me to return the product and the product was re-delivered to my satisfaction. The quality check process before delivering a product could be little improved by Infibeam so that the customer doesn't need to press hard for proving his point but the overall follow-up and the customer executives were very kind in their language and I found it comfortable dealing with them which is completely absent in other popular online site. So now I am on for my next shop with Infibeam.

Bought a JBG bedsheet from Infibeam. At the price provided the bed sheet is just great and I would recommend INFIBEAM to all my known persons

Am a huge fan of zakir hussains music. Had been looking for a cd of his compilations. Finally found The Masterworks- Zakir Hussain by Sony on Infibeam. They delivered the cd in very good time. Started listening to it and would say it is one of the best works of Zakir hussain that I have read.

My mother loves baking and keeps ordering different books to try different kinds of sweets. She found a mini cake academy book by lindy smith on pinterest which she requested me to purchase. I checked online and found it the most affordable on Infibeam at a price of Rs 1251. Ordered book from them and requested them to get it delivered urgently. They got it delivered to me in 8 days time as it was an international order. My mom started using the book to make some amazing mini cakes which we have gorged into. Would definitely recommend this book for anyone with a love for baking.
