Kind of worst experience I had with InfiBeam. Really a worst experience in my life.

I have placed an order having order number ******* for iphone 6 plus. The only reason I have placed it in InfiBeam was, because that is my first order and the second reason was In NDTV news it was mentioned as it was the only official retailer for Apple and they will deliver it on the same day i. E oct 17th. Still I didn't get my product and their customer care services were worst. First of all u need to wait in a long queue in the call and they will charge for it too. Then they will promise u with many things and make u believe and they were very smart in that. Their feed back site never works and they will not reply only. All the responses what ever they will tell in the calls were Fake data. By mistake I placed that order and now I dont want to cancel it because I can expect that. For returning my money back. They may take onother 1 year... thats why still Im waiting for my product. I dont know why still many people are not complaining on this. There should be a system to file a case on these kind of Guys.

I guys,
Donot buy anything from infibeam. They just cheat and play with customers. I have very Bad experience with inbfibeam.
Customer response is very poor and never bother about the customer complain. They use to deliver defective product and if customer claim for refund then after start the tragedy like hell.

Infibeam Delivered defective product. Then after i claimed for replace/refund. They took next 15 days (12-aug-14) to collect the defective product. And said that after check the product it will be replace/refund to you. So i keep waiting for next 15 day but i didnot get any update, so i called to customer care (which is really like hell service) for update and i got update that ptoduct is not yet received to proper warehouse it is still@ your location warehouse and after 2 days it will be received to delhi warehouse then the shopper will check and update you. So please wait for another 2 days. So i though just a mistake happen by warehouse guys. So till than it was ok.
After that i called more than 10+ time each time they just gone with different excuses and ask for 2 more days which is still not over. Its already been 70+ days. And till now (8th Oct 14) i keep waiting for the refund/replace.

This is how infibeam play with customer.

I had ordered Sony Xperia Z from infibeam one month back. They never shipped the product. Every time i called, they asked me to wait for 3 -4 days, Now after getting frustrated over 20 days and repeated follow up, I had to finally cancel my order.
But now the second nightmare has just started., It has been more than 15 days since the order was cancelled but I am still to get my money back. I have been asked to wait for another 20 days time. Bloody $#*!... this is how they do business, My sincere request to all of you guys,, pls pls don`t buy from this site. Pls spread the word and let s take this $#*!ty website down.

Can I give a star less than 1... may be something like 0.2 or 0.3?

Before I start, this used to be a good e-commerce site when I started to buy things here lke 2 years ago... but it lost its way in the heavy competition.

Two experiences, both of them worst. Both the times I choose this because they have quoted less price compared to Flipkart and Amazon. Around 500 bucks. Both the times, they did not process the order as they are unable to procure and process the order.

OK, that may happen.
Their customer service, worst of all.
You wait for 15 minutes in queue and the call disconects automatically.
You should really call them very early in the morning or in the midnight.
They take 2--3 days to cancel an order.
They do not work on weekends to cancel an order.
The agents are not polite and do not want to help you out.
They display one and does not provide you that.
There is no reply to the email you send, how many times it may be.
And list goes...

No wonder why the site sucks and nothing compared to Flipkart or Amazon.
I will not advise any one to even think about this website or buying things here...
And if you think I'm wrong, My order number is *******.

MISBEHAVIOR FROM INFIBEAM CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ON ASKING FOR SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM THAT THEY HAVE SENT RAKHI AND SWEETS TO MY ADDRESS AND BILL TO MY BROTHER ADDRESS... I ORDERED THE SWEETS AND RAKHI WITH SO MUCH HAPPINESS AND LOVE AS MY BROTHER LIVES IN DIFFERENT CITY... AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE I THINK IT IS A MISTAKE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE AS THESE PEOPLE DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS... PATHETIC EXPERIENCE

I mostly purchase books from Infibeam. They are always delivered within time and are in excellent condition.

Recently, decided to purchase an iPad from their end but was skeptical as had read reviews about delay in delivery on different social media sites. But, since the deal was really good decided to purchase it.

Ordered it on 15th of June. They promised delivery by 21st of June. To my surprise it was delivered to me by the 20th. The packaging received was in perfect condition and the iPad was working really well.

Would definitely purchase more products from Infibeam.com

Really f... g website... Such an IRRESPONSIBLE, IRRITATING, CULTURE LESS MORONS... No value for CUSTOMERS,,, They only value MONEY and THEIR COMFORTS... I ORDERED Xperia c on 15/06/14 from my friend's profile, which has to be delivered before 19th, not delivered on 20th also. When asking about it, they unnecessarly holds, no response, talking like IRRITATING manner. They even said they cant assure that when it will be DELIVERED, Because they have not done SHIPPING only. I ordered for my sister who was going to abroad on 21st, they said they cant DO COMMITMENT... If you cannot do COMMITMENT why yu a... h... es doing such f... n business. AVOID THESE CHEATERS FRIENDS... FOR THEM ITS JUST BUSINESS. FOR US ITS ABOUT MONEY, TIME AND HAPPINESS OF OUR BELOVERS... BE GOOD ALL...

If you buy on infibeam.com you are sure to loose your money, I have placed Order No: ******* for whirpool washing machine worth *******/- on 1- May-2014, only update I saw on 2-May "Order Approved shipping in progress". Since then there is no update, after several calls to customer service they kept me giving false assurances, and blaming there other departments for product procurement.

They said that "we order products from different vendors after we receive orders on our website, and we are still awaiting reply from vendors for your washing machine, so its there fault not ours". SHOCKING right!

How can infibeam take orders if they do not have product that they are claiming to sell?

I brought from infibeam.com and I paid on there website, so how come its not infibeam's fault.?

What vendors and how do I know which vendor they are talking of?

When I asked for refund of my money, I got the reply that refund will take 35-40 days and we will not be able to help to get full refunds, as we just send money back to bank and if you do not get money you need to follow up with bank its not our responsibility. SHOCKING again right!

So they asked me " as you have waited so long, to wait few more days and see if they can get the product from vendors and ship it? WOW are they doing some charity or am I seeing a nightmare?

I am frequent ecommerce customer and I have purchased on several sites but never seen such kind or irresponsible answers and attitude.

Its a pure scam, and so today I have lodged and FIR under IPC 419,420 against Founder of infibeam.com Mr. Vishal Mehta and awaiting the actions against him.

So guys if you too face such issue just lodge a complain with police, do not waste your time with there customer service people.

Was going to buy grand 2 fom this site but thank god before that got flowers for 550 rupees.The deliery was suppose to be made on 20th mar, but undelivered till 21st i received a message that contact information was wrong. I called cancelled my order said there is no point delivering them as they were for an occasion so now refund my money.so politely they agreed but again i got a mail that now they will be delivered on 26th. I called again that i asked for refund they said ok. Again i got a mail that delivery attempt was made so no refund.So frustrated I am but thank god i did not buy a big thing from this f**** site. Total fraud. Call center $#*!es just repeat the same thing that sir attempt was made. I said now i didnt get the flowers and u kept my money also.so they said sir attempt was made. This site should be shutdown. Everywhere negative review they are just cheating. Have no contact with the vendors and may be have none. Everyone should log a complaint in consumer court which are going to be many as i can see everywhere negative reviews.And guess what if you write product review or feedback they dont post it instantaneously. They go through scanning from their department and if the like it(if it is positive) then only they will post. Cheaters have found good way to steal money. Never Ever ever shop from INFIBEAM.

My folly was to get my Citibank credit card points redeemed through this pathetic website. My Order Id ******* was for a Music CD which was listed on their website. When I got the product it was a Video Song DVD that could not play on my CD player. On bringing this issue to the notice of Infibeam service they flatly refused to acknowledge that the product was wrongly listed as a CD product. They refused to replace the same with any other CD.

Another CD product that I had ordered was later not delivered by them. They claimed the product was out of stock, a late realization on their part that they had wrongly listed as available on their website. They promised to refund the credit card points against this purchase bit it is over 3 weeks now that the same has not been done.

Pls stay away from this website to avoid service frustrations & bad shopping experience

I buy a tablet oninfibeam i got a defective product i made a complaint in intime. But they respond in after 3 days and send the photographs of my product i will send it after 3 days they visist me to bsnl service center to get doa from them i did it. Now theyagainn the replacement will be provided by serive center it self they said but the service center people said they just provide doa only what i should do now Disgusting very bad experinece with infibeamm reallyyyy my order id is *******. Hate this site..

My Order ID is *******.
I booked the item at 1st November, when I place the order it shows that it will delivered with in 3 to 4 working days.
When I didn't get the item at 7th November I called to customer care.
Then they told me that at evening I will get the item.
From 7th November to 12th November I called every day 2 time and they told me to wait.
At 12th November they provide me the tracking code of blue dart which is wrong.
When I called to customer care they didn't give me correct tracking code.
I have never seen this much of bad and uncooperative staff.
Always giving the excuse for delay.
I want to give 0 star rating for this site but I am giving 1star because I have to give minimum 1 star to submit the request.

I will suggest to every one to never buy anything from this site.
