I like to keep collecting different bags for my daily use. Found a lovely pink alphabet printed bag on infibeam. Immediately placed and order for it which they delivered in a few days time. The bag received is made from excellent material and goes well with a lot of my outfits. Thank you Infibeam for such a nice bag.

Ordered a JBG matteress from Infibeam on Magic box. The product delivered was not of good quality at all. Requested them to take it back for a refund. Their service was really fast. I received refund of my payment in just 10 days of making the complaint. Would definitely recommend infibeam for quality replacement policy.

Had been looking for a eye shadown brush but the ones available in the local market were not of good quality. Found a brush on Infibeam. Decided to take the risk and purchase it. They delivered it in 4 days time. The brush quality was excellent and has helped me in application of kajal. Would definitely recommend good quality products like these from Infibeam.

Its the worst e-commerce site I have ever shopped with. They sell fake products and when you ask for return orders, they show some dam rules. After that even though they take them, it will take more 3 months and always customers need to contact them through mail / phone. And they say they are working on it. The most worst customer service lies with these people. They dont use their BRAINS at all. Whenever we mail them for information, you dont even get a response to that mail atleast for courtesy sake. Its a site which is running by some courtesy less people. Shipping will be around 2 weeks for each commodity.

My summary is: PLEASE DONT BUY ANY PRODUCTS IN THIS SITE. Because its not only waste of money, Its waste of time by keep track of thing with yourselves.

I honestly believe out of 10 for everything, they can be awarded with -10 for each thing. They doesn't do an ykind of shopping experience better and NEVER expect them to keep CUSTOMER GOODWILL. Neither they have it nor they try earning it.

The old handkerchiefs I was using had become really worn out and were not at all usable. Decided to purchase new ones online as did not have time to go out and buy it. Had purchased a high value phone and was concerned about any problems with damage on it. Had seen a few insurance cover options on Infibeam once. Decided to purchase the insurance for safety purposes. After using the phone a few months the phone fell down from my sister's hands in error and the screen shattered. Needed a good 1tb hard drive to store my movies and music. Decided to purchase the Toshiba Canvio Simple 1 TB External Hard Disk. Got it within 4 days from Infibeam in good condition. About the transfer speed it depends on the files that u are transferring for eg when i was transferring 60 gb of movies all over 700mb flies it was giving me a constant transfer speed of 25 to 27mbps... and when i was transferring around 20gb of pics and docs and small vid and small files it was giving a speed of around 15mbps, tested this on usb 2.0 dont have 3.0 so cant test the speeds for that...
