We received the pens and they were ok quality. The original pens that I ordered would have been better I believe. You did get the pens to us on time, so I do appreciate that. There was sticky residue on the pens that we received which doesn't come off very well, but in the time crunch that we were we had to use them. For what we had to pay for these pens you would think they would be clean on arrival.

I was shopping around for shirts that I could get printed with my company logo, but most places were extremely expensive. I found Imprint and the estimate was much lower so I figured I'd give them a try. The shirts came with a quality logo printed both front and back and they arrived on time. I will be using Imprint again.

I went through multiple sources, but Imprint was the one who could actually help us get our buttons in a timely manner. My one issue is that the color of the button didn't exactly match the image I sent. Next time, I will include a HEX code.

I was sent a proof of my order. I approved it. I received a picture of my order with my order details saying it's complete and shipped. It was correct. When item arrived, it was not what was approved or what was listed on my order. Imprint refuses to refund full amount.
