I am asking the company to refund me and so far no one is helping me. My event was on May 30th. At time of purchase, it said the banner would arrive on between May 20th - 27th. Which was fine because that gave the company plenty of to make and deliver. Today is June 10th and we still have not gotten our refund. Stay away from this company. I see lots of delays on delivery. They might be scams and will be reporting them to BBB.
Great price, along with ease of design and speed of deliver all means I will be back.

Very easy website to use.
I ordered some yard signs and banners for my business. I have two small cafe's in Buffalo, NY. I ordered the signs to let people know that we're open. Business is down because of the pandemic. People are not aware that we've been open the entire time. According to their site these guys are suppose to be fast. Boloney. I paid for the signs on 5. 26. 20, it's 6. 9. 20 and nothing. I call to complain that the delivery date on the orders show 6. 4. 20, should have been here last week. Stuffs not even in production yet and they said i should add another 10 to 14 days for delivery once it's done. By then I expect NY to be in phase III! Everyone will be open. They also told me that the signs and banners are made here in the USA but the order info says customizing in China. GO SOME WHERE ELSE!
Very easy to use, but your program does not recognize all three of my colors in my artwork. So I have to call after every order and tell them to charge me the extra $1, otherwise it gets held up in production.
Do not go by the delivery date they say your product should arrive by. My product was to be delivered 1 week prior to an event. When it did not arrive I contacted them and was told my job wasn't even slated to be printed yet. Then when I instructed them to cancel the order they changed their tune and said it was already in process and said there would be a cancellation fee.

This was simple and easy! The hardest part was considering all the options to customize your sign! And that's a good problem to have!
Very misleading CO, very dishonest. 17 days overdue, no promise of delivery, refusal to refund my order. 6x I've contacted them, always vague answers, always stating "it's in production" yet my order page has stated for a full month that my order is "ON HOLD". I'm begging for a full refund, but now they are telling me there will be a cancellation fee "at this stage of production." STAGE? It's been on hold for a full month. They offered a 5% rebate to stick with them ($6.50) but still wouldn't commit to a date for delivery. BUYER BEWARE!

Was very disappointed that I had to reach out because you forgot to send me the installation rod for the yard signs. If I hadn't called, I would have never received them.
The only concern I had was that all your emails went to my Spam and I was not aware of some production problems.
