I placed my order a month in advance, and it was listed with an estimated ship date of 10/10. As of 10/19, it still has not shipped.
I have used Imprint.com for years for can coolers ("Koozies") and the service and price are always good. Highly recommend.
Good experience. Good price. Fast shipping. The print could have been a little clearer, but that may just have been the fault of the design. Overall, I thought Imprint.com was great and I will buy from them again.

Ordering process, quality of product, and communication with proofing was great from beginning to end.
I ordered two types of koozies at the same time. The first one (slim can) arrived within about a week. The artwork was sent for this koozie only for approval the same day I submitted the order. The other koozies (regular can) never received any artwork for approval and didn't get put in the mail until almost 3 weeks later and was at risk of not arriving by the event we needed them for. I called customer service and the man basically told me that it wasn't his problem and that it's on me to call the post office and figure out why it's not there. He was not pleasant at all. LUCKILY I was able to pick it up at my local post office the day of the event, but only because I had to dig and call everyone to find my package. Not ideal when you're already stressed about everything else that goes into an event! The man on the phone from imprintwho "helped" me was just awful and had a terrible attitude.
We purchased 3 Adidas 1/4 pull overs w/ embroidery and couldn't be happier with the product, the ordering process. Shipping was a week later than the estimate given at the time of the order but all came and looks amazing. Also, purchased 3 table covers and came when estimated and look great as well. Will place additional orders in the future.
