I paid extra for my delivery to be with me by 1st October. The product did not arrive until the afternoon of 2nd, which was too late. Nice product - disappointing service.
Customer Service did not offer any compensation for missed deadline.

System worked great, proof is in the final product though. Update after receipt of shirts: product was fine, no issues, shipping was reasonably quick, and I will likely use them again.

Every aspect from phone service to on line has been great.
Then i saw the receipt. And there was an additional charge that did not show when i checked out
If you order very simple things, its pretty easy. If You have even a slight change its very difficult to get any customer service in a timely manner. One cuatomer service person, after being on hold and dropped and tranferred to customaer service where there is a voice recording which tells you there is no one to speak with, hung up on me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. Why would you transfer me to a voice recording that you have to filll out a ticket after you spoke to me for over 30 minutes knowing my issues and not TELLING me its just a voice recording!

I loved the prices and quick delivery but it was very had to make the custom signs on the website and some how I got the wrong font it is very hard to read I thought I put in a different font I just wanted something clearly readable but what I got is not..
