Item was exactly as I ordered and I was very pleased. I will probably order again because I was so satisfied and I will also recommend to others.
I paid additional money for delivery on a Monday but it was delivered on Tuesday.
The price was good but I needed help from my young computer savvy nephew to help with uploading the design onto your format on the yard sign.
Koozies came quickly - So excited to hand them out at my babyshower!

I really do not care for the individually priced shipping charges. There should be a way to bundle all products under one shipping charge.

The shirt color I choose was not available for production, but they didn't tell me until two days before they were supposed to be delivered. It pushed back my delivery time a week. Other than the delay and color change, it was great.
Fast shipping but expensive... Received my full order but my package was ripped and a couple white shirts were dirty
My sign came late and bent.
I ordered this yard sign to be used in a youth cheer competition and I ordered from imprint.com as I was told by a youth sports director that they could be counted on to be fast. I paid extra for the overnight shipping so the sign would arrive on Friday and the girls could practice with it over the weekend. The sign arrived on Monday and when it arrived, it was already damaged. I know you can't control the shipping company but I am really unhappy with this experience and won't order from your company again.

It was good and fast and in expensive
I ordered a shirt for my 14 yr old nephew with a picture of his dad on the front and angel wings on the back with some writing. My brother passed away a yr ago unexpectedly at the age of 35 leavin his son behind who's mother isn't around. The shirt looked amazing n i luv that i didnt have to order bulk just to place this order. My nephew opened it on his birthday n when he saw it he cried n hugged on to it. Thank you Imprint for the amazing work. I will be back to order from you all again..
This website is great
I find your site difficult to use when designing my order. Quality finished product. Production aligns with quicker shipping options. Customer service difficult to contact. Would I purchase from again, sure but hope company improves site issues and better contact with customer service rather than just by email "tickets".
I paid extra for my delivery to be with me by 1st October. The product did not arrive until the afternoon of 2nd, which was too late. Nice product - disappointing service.
Customer Service did not offer any compensation for missed deadline.
