Great seat and easy to use.
My font display in checkout was different than my design screen, so I'm worried about the consistency of the final product. Less than-- This was typed before I received my order and I was right--the font ended up being incorrect. I also never received a response on this issue when I tried to address it before production. So now I'm stuck with a mediocre product. Would definitely use a different website for this service since there's plenty to choose from.
I'm satisfied with my item! Shipping cost was expensive though.

It doesn't make sense that I was supposed to be able to get these Koozies $71/100 according to the price chart but no matter how I entered it, they always came up at twice that amount.
I had originally ordered the wrong size return address labels. When I let the company know of my mistake they replaced the labels free of charge.
All was great except the posts were not taped in well and arrived with one end split open. None were missing, so all was ok...but FYI, tape those ends a little better!

Your site is easy to use and I appreciate that I can get shipping estimates prior to putting in payment information. Your pricing was comparable to other sites who were temporarily at 50% off everything which was nice.
One of my shirts had some strange white space around the graphic which none of the others had. It wasn't too bad for what we were using the shirts for, but if this were for a more serious event, I would have had to contact you to have a new shirt made. Otherwise, I'm very happy with the product.
This was the first time we used Imprint.com, but i KNOW it will not be the last, we love everything!
