I am local to Houston and paid $176 in shipping fees - could have picked them up in 5 minutes myself - was a little put off that you don't have a local option...might not use your service again because of the inflexibility -

I was over billed $23 with no explanation. The customer service "ticket" system does not work. I was shorted 2 signs. I wrote 2 tickets and have gotten no responses.
It was hard to tell the actual sizing of things I was placing on the banner. In addition, because the proof was so small, I missed a typo and the coach's name now reads "Brain" instead of "Brian."
I needed a quick banner for our race team. It was easy to upload our logo and boom! I have a great team banner for our next race.
