Imprint has been great!
I paid $251.37 for express delivery. The screen told me "deliver by Sep. 03 2015. I did not receive the yard signs on the 3rd. I called and talked to customer service and she told me that meant they would be shipped out on the 3rd. That is not what it says on the screen when I ordered. It needs to be much clearer in the description if that is your intentions. The signs and one box of 50 wire stands were delivered on Friday the 4th. I did not receive the 2nd box of 50 wire stands until Sept 8th. That is unacceptable when a customer pays premium dollars for express delivery that should be your priority to provide the customer that service and an immediate follow up should be provided, especially if the customer has contacted you with issues. I will now leave this information with you and see how you feel lead to resolve this issue.
This was a wonderful way to get just 1 shirt! I will do it again...definitely!
It's good, but there was no choice of colors for the inks. I would have preferred a little more control over that. I also wanted more control over the placement of the graphic.

I was happy with the product however was NOT pleased with the font size. The sample showed the font larger and in a slightly different position, it's not in the correct position nor the correct size, it's difficult to read
The product and shipping was a little more expensive, compared to some places, and there were less options with fabric and style, but if it is high quality, comes on time, and the print looks as good as the design, I can't complain.
Shipping costs were individually per product... NOT HAPPY with that. I bought 6 yard signs. And it was more to ship my product than to make it. Granted, I need it asap, but It more than doubled because of individual shipping options. And it also took me 4 times of going through checkout to get things to go through. Ease of use had some glitches.
Items werent packaged well, ordered yard signs and stands, Stands wore through the print in my signs.
Paid for fastest shipping and didnt ship till day it was promised to be delivered... SO it was LATE
Customer service tried to argue with me about date completed vs date delivered.
Totally dependable. Order received on time and as ordered. Second order for myself and would do it again.

Very Disappointed with the delivery times stated on your website vs. actual delivery time. I would not recommend your company to anyone who needs quick turnaround since the delivery dates your website promised by paying a higher shipping fee were in fact not reality. There was no problem with the quality of the signs or with the order that had plenty of time to arrive. I suggest your management review the needed turnaround & shipping times and revise what you offer on your website.

Called customer service last week and wasn't impressed. The girl on the phone didn't seem interested to trying to help me. The website is easy to use.
Product is great, price is great. Arrived earlier than expected.
They were a big hit at the party! I was very relieved that they even arrived a day or 2 early than projected!
Everything was great except the cut lines, you can see a little white on the black and black on the white.
So far so good, will make final judgement once product arrives ontime. Would have also liked a more athletic "wicking" shirt option
I contacted CS for a typo change - same day as ordered, before the order went into production. They fixed the typo on the back of the shirts but not the front.
I thought the price and quality of the work was good. Just the typo issue and a slight delivery delay would be my only comments to work/fix
