I'm delighted that my photo memories can be viewed and shared so easily.
It was an overall good experience. Was disappointed they couldn't lighten up a video or make another video a little less blurry. Other than that it was a good experience.
Although we love the final product, we were disappointed & surprised at the sluggishness of the downloading process. Sometimes it would take 24 hours for the requested download to be ready. Perhaps a slow server? Your website is sluggish as well.
I would not recommend imemories. I paid $150 to have old videos digital & was only able to view them on the app for 30 days. Not realizing I only had 30 days to view or i would have downloaded them. Now they are gone & they want more money.
