Processing was fast. However, when I requested for the processors to work on tracking of a couple of my videos, I had no response or improvement on those two videos. These both had content with my daughter in them who is deceased.

I see that our team did review and reprocess two of your videotapes. They were able to get a much better capture of the Graduation video. Our team ran the other tape through different equipment as well as manually and was able to clean up more of the static. Both of the videos have been added to your account to view. Hi Kari, Thank you for your review! We understand how important it is to get the best quality capture of your memories. When we do the digital conversion of films they are dry cleaned, repaired if needed and put through a color correction process to ensure the colors look natural. We can not however, add light where it wasn't originally. If they were filmed in low light or a dark room the digital copies will be dark as well. They converted my films and VHS I left them so long they were starting to degrade. Don't waste time convert your before you lose precious memories!
I had so many beautiful memories of my family and children events that I thought I was not going to see again until I saw a commercial that changed my life...OMG I have watch my videos over and over again and shared them with my family. IMemories does a terrific job. Tapes -- some 50 yrs old -- were converted to digital and now we can enjoy them via computer, phone, TV etc. My kids now in their 50's get to see themselves as infants, childhood & college and then marriages! Priceless memories!
My mom had 47 - 3 inch reels she'd recorded in the 1970s. She'd never seen them.
She asked if there was a way to salvage them. I sent them to iMemories. I'd then send the digital movies to her on her phone and she'd watch them, but even better is when she visits us and we put them on our big screen tv. It brings her back to happy days when her 3 children were small. She's sees we were healthy and happy children because of her love and care. I'm so thankful these precious memories could be digitized for my mom. Thank you so much.
It is amazing to be able to see these videos from so long ago and share it with family and friends today. Service is user friendly with a pretty quick turnaround. The quality of 2 of the videos were rough. One had no audio. But that may have been due to degradation of the original vhs tape? But overall, I'm thrilled to be able to have these memories to pass on to the next generation.

I sent in slides to iMemories to be digitized and they did a wonderful job, the slides look great and I downloaded them to my computer immediately. Trying to view them on the tv using the iMemories app was less satisfactory as the app appears to be glitchy, and was not displaying every photo in each album I created, so I couldn't see all the photos.
I tried iMemories a couple times for videos and was very pleased. This last order I sent a mixture of Color, B&W photos & B&W negatives. Negatives were not turned to positives and photos are not enhanced at all. What you send in is what you get. I thought I saw on the website that they would be, but could not find it again. I called customer service and they did what they could and corrected my issues for the most part. I was hesitant to send back 100 yr old photos a second time so I didn't. Overall I'm still disappointed for the price I paid and just sent a small sample to a competitor to see if there is any difference. If not, I'll just scan the rest of my grandparents old photos myself and get the same results. I just didn't know how much time I wanted to invest. Customer service gets an A, but I won't use them again for photos. Video only for me.

If you have space or gaps between each movie, slide or picture. It would be nice if you could cut and paste and splice together so there are no gaps for viewing. If there is no picture don't develop it to view online. Just let the viewing flow no gaps
The hard part was sending the VCR tapes. Not hard like they didn't make it easy - iMemories made it sooooo easy. I just had a hard time parting with the VCR tapes. I thought I was losing them. I know - pretty silly. Anyway, the conversion was quick and the site easy to use. I highly recommend parting with your VCR tapes and seeing the results on their site! They you decide if you want to pay for them to store on their cloud or you download to a current mode such as a flash drive. Thank you iMemories!
