I converted both old (from 1940/50s) reel films and hi8 tapes (from 2004-2007) to digital using iMemories. The process was easy and efficient. I called their customer service several times to ask specific questions (even prior to receiving the quotes) and each customer service person was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend iMemories!
