I was feeling good about the still pictures but did not like how they were put behind videos. For some reason some of my videos have stopped working since the still photos were added. So it is a no win. Thanks for the speed of the still photo return.

The conversion to slides may be worth a relatively high cost if the slides are of family, the cost versus number of slides sent is considered and you are planning to discard them when completed. The turnaround time is very fast as I received the slides back within two weeks. However, some of the photos viewed were a reverse of the original slide. Signs and words shown on original slides had to be read backwards. When you download the files, note if you have Microsoft OneDrive, as it will delay the process considerably. It may have corrupted my flash drive used before I realized that the files were not downloading properly. However, my second try was successful after watching the status bar symbol for MS OneDrive and allowing sufficient time for download between batches selected.

I was absolutely delighted by the results of my imemories experience. It was such a joy to see these old videos once again. The whole process was easy and efficient.

Our old video films were digitized and saved for our family members to view. They all live in other states, and the online account lets them have access to their father's worldwide travels.

I was able to afford this wonderful service because I had a 50 percent off coupon. Had some old super 8 film digitized and was very satisfied with the service.

I didn't even know what was on many of what I sent in. WOW! I was so emotional and overwhelmed to see some faces and hear the voices that Ii have missed for many years. To see my girls when they were toddlers 35 years ago is beyond words. My mom who has been gone for 23 years. What love I felt when I saw her again. It was like being joined together for a short while. I caught myself smiling so big.

Good service, but do not like the pressure to purchase cloud service. Have not downloaded yet though. Hope that works.

It's been so nice to see my childhood again. Able to compare my children to how I was as a baby. It has been such an easy process with imemories.

Sometimes a person, sometimes an event - mostly forgotten but when brought back to life with voice, sometimes and seeing passed away friends, family... Invaluable.

I "stole" a VHS the last time I visited my parents of a family trip to Hawaii from the 90's. I wanted to surprise my family by getting it digitally converted. The process could not have been faster or more seamless. I will use again and I highly recommend!

It was so easy. I was nervous to send off all my tapes but once they started uploading I couldn't be happier! Being able to share the videos is one of the best things. They took care of everything. After all my tapes were finished they mailed them back all safe and sound. Extremely grateful for this service.

My experience was great on all levels…. My daughter is now 42 and this video was from her junior year in High School. It was made for her to send to colleges. For her to be able to relive those memories has been priceless!

I have used imemories 2 different times to convert VHS tapes and mini video cassette tapes with good results. My originals were returned to me I good shape. I will definitely use them again in the future.

My videos were mixed up. Said wedding and it was wedding, 2 different birthdays and waterskiing. Quality was not good some videos were to dark and some had static spots. Very disappointed in quality

I been thinking about this for a long time but wasn't sure about the company but now I am glad I did it and my family saw themselves again was priceless

I was apprehensive about the price. But seeing the grandfather I had hardly known for a wonderful feelings and a huge smile. That smile repeated every time a new face appeared. I highly recommend the experience.
