This is the third time I've sent stuff to iMemories, I really like the ease of shipping and the joy of seeing the photos online. I can share with family members easily. My only suggestions would be to ship things back faster and the prices are a little high. But overall very happy with iMemories.

My videos from around 25 years ago have been converted to digital. The company even took extra time with videos to make the quality better. I am happy with my memories. I have had ample time to copy and share them as well.

I got all my videos on digital form but the downloading process on my phone is very slow and not so easy.
Send old Vietnam slides - they were quick and efficient. The digital quality was amazing. I like how they kept in contact during the process - and follow up after it was delivered. Professional!
I checked each item I sent them and majority were clear and had good sound. Majority on IMemories are blurred to different degrees, some had stripes (horizontal or veritical) on some tapes that were not there before, a group of videos were now in black and white, sound quality is poor & it sounds as if the sound of the machine they ran through them was picked up so the original sound is more background. Most cannot be used as planned for a memorial for my husband and celebration with family. After spending hundreds of dollars, I am heartsick and disappointed in the product. I wish I had never sent them anything.
There are too many memories that are decaying in your closet. Get them Digitized now before its to late and start sharing the memories. Imemories are easy to work with and do a great job

Really liked the experience with iMemories. Communication was good and I could see the conversions as there were being done. The process took longer than I expected which is why I gave 4 starts vs 5 stars.
